As a global provider of storage products and solutions,Hiksemi has complete ability of designing,manufacturing and development from chips to finished products.It has two production bases in Hangzhou and Wuhan.Moreover,It has reached strategic partnership with a number of global leading wafer plants,packaging and testing factories by strengthening cooperation between upstream and downstream,optimizing supply chain management.

Furthermore,it uses industrial interconnection platform,MES,automatic data acquisition,prediction management and other technologies to establish a lean intelligent manufacturing system with deep integration of lean,automation and informatization,so as to achieve large-scale flexible manufacturing capacity.

Relying on the warehouse management system and intelligent robot which independently developed by Hikvision Robot division,Hiksemi has completely realized automatic logistics between warehouses and plants.

Adhering to the principle of "reliability is the priority",Hiksemi has established a strict quality management system in R&D and production.It implements advanced 6S management,realizes end-to-end quality control from incoming materials to delivery,and realizes traceability and control of all links in the supply chain based on SAP system.

All the products meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations in sales markets,and have the certifications of corresponding countries and regions,including the certification of FCC in the United States,CE in the European Union,CCC in China and other environmental protection regulations such as ROHS and REACH.Furthermore,It complies with domestic and international environmental protection laws and regulations,fully implements ISO14001:2004 environmental management system,and obtains ROHS and WEEE environmental protection certification.Products applied in special industries meet the certification and standard requirements of corresponding industries.

Hiksemi has fully implemented the 1SO9001:2008 quality management system and established a strict R&D and quality control system.It has built a 1300 square meter testing center to conduct rigorous testing and certification of products to ensure reliable and stable product quality and keep improving.
